Designing for health

As we reflect on the journey that began a decade ago, it’s a moment of both gratitude and anticipation. For the past ten years, I’ve poured my knowledge into the intricate tapestry of life and health, weaving the connections between them as I developed a new method of design called Selftropy.

Design, beyond aesthetics, holds the power to shape environments that not only house our lives but also nurture them. A well-crafted space can transcend functionality, becoming a haven that elevates existence and makes life truly worth living. Exploring this profound connection has been at the heart of my decade-long journey, and yours along with mine.

If you’re already subscribed to our newsletter, there is nothing for you to do. Though with less frequency this year, the articles will continue to supplement our quarterly online Land of Dochia Magazine, available HERE. At the beginning of the following year, you will seamlessly receive the new stream of articles from My 2 Cents on design relocated homes on our Land of Dochia website.

If you’re not yet on our newsletter list, access links will be sent in December. Thank you for your continuing support on my journey. I will share exciting news, content, and tips on how to live well, live long, and stay healthy.
