Trained as an architect and interior designer, Adriana Mot has been the principal of Dochia interior design since 2000. Adriana was born in Europe and received her professional Architecture and Environmental Design degrees from University of Waterloo. Adriana is known to her clients for her impeccable taste and ability to balance practicality with innovation in delivering successful design solutions.
Leading a multi-disciplinary design team (with backgrounds in architecture, interior design, technical detailing and art) she has been involved in design production and project management for over 18 years. Her work has been recognized through various awards and publications.
Adriana is a registered interior designer with Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) and Interior Designers of Canada (IDC). She is a holder of the NCIDQ Certificate (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) and Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) for the procurement of Residential Architectural Building Permits.
